Grid Connected PV System with MPPT Control

Introduction:
This Design Example is a Grid Connected PV System which has two stages. The first stage is a DC-DC converter which operates the PV Panel at its Maximum Power Point using the Perturb & Observe Algorithm and the second stage is a VSI with PFC Control. This regulates the DC bus voltage and supplies power to grid at unity power factor.

How to use the Example:

Download the attached pv_system.zip file and unzip the contents.
Open the pv_system.ai_dsn in SaberRD and run the experiments listed in the Experiment Analyzer tool.

Note:
This design works only in SaberRD commercial edition 2015.03 and above.
