Equations under the SABER LEVEL 1 MOSFET Model

Hello,

       I have just began to learn to use SABER. My wish is to design and control a DC/DC converter using SiC MOSFETs.
       
       I'm now using the Power MOSFET Tool in order to extract parameters of my SiC MOSFETs like: gate threshold voltage, Rds-on, lambda, Rs, Rg etc. at different temperatures.

       However, for the control purpose, I'm very interested to know exactly equations that link all these extracted parameters: gate threshold voltage, Rds-on, lambda, Rs, Rg etc. at different temperatures.

       Is it possible to get equations that relie all these extracted parameters in the SABER Level 1 power MOSFET tool?
