Error in simulating "Power Mosfet tool" device

Hi,
I am trying to make a MOSFET model using Power MOSFET tool. I followed the help section description on the same. After doing everything as written in the documentation, I added the model in the custom named library and compiled it. Now on doing the simulation on the part, I am receiving the following error.
ERROR: FETTEST.sin(17,45): Undefined formal name tool.
ERROR: FETTEST.sin(17,50): Undefined object simple name powermosfet.
Can you suggest me how to deal with this problem
